- Limit naps - if you need one keep it to less than an hour and before 3pm
- Only use your bed for sleeping - don't do your homework or study in your bed
- Go to bed no later than 12am - going to bed at 11pm and getting 6 hours is more beneficial than going to sleep at 1am and getting 8 hours of sleep
- Adjust the lights- dim them in the evenings and let the sunlight in in the mornings (this helps your body know when to wind down and when to be alert)
